A case of uterine didelphys associated with ipsilateral renal agenesis, Gartner's duct cyst and uterine myoma
Uterine didelphys is a class of congenital Mullerian anomaly, and it is a rare embryonic malformation of genitourinary system of female. Gartner's duct cyst is a remnant of mesonephric duct of female genitourinary system. It is rarely associated
with
ipsilateral renal agenesis, and have been reported less than 40 cases. We report a case of uterine didelphys associated with ipsilateral renal agenesis and Gartner's duct cyst, which was diagnosed incidentally during operation for huge uterine
myoma.
